Hello Friends! Pardon the brief interruption, but life just gets busy sometimes, too busy to blog on some days actually. It’s almost Turkey Day!!! I love Thanksgiving and this year we are having many friends over for the big meal, I can’t wait!
Anyway, we are almost to the end of our 30 day journey :) Already it’s day 26! For today’s topic, I chose a photo from a recent road trip over the Golden Gate Bridge to Muir Woods. Since moving to California, we have made an effort to get out of the house and go see the West Coast. Living on the East Coast was fabulous with its beautiful fall days and apple trees. Also Miami, white sandy beaches and there are no words to describe The Keys, you just have to do that someday, it’s breathtaking!
California has a beauty all it’s own and we have more than enjoyed getting in the car and seeing the state. This picture was taken at the lookout for Muir Beach. It’s like looking over the end of the Earth, especially at sunset. I loved how the purples from the sky came through in the photo. If you are ever in Cali, it’s a must do!

It’s Friday and I woke up early (6am) to head over to the DMV. Even got Chris out of bed before 8am to go with. Since we are living in a hotel room, it didn’t dawn on me that I didn’t have access to all my stuff like my birth certificate. Hmmm, what to do? Definitely not going to stand in line this morning. Bummer since I need the California license to do several other things on my to do list. I’m sure I can find other things to get into today :)
We are heading to the house this weekend to move the rest of our stuff so they can lay the carpet - so freaking happy that our hotel days are nearly over.
Working on the new project, hopefully heading to the screen printing shop and doing a few things to push forward in this new creative adventure.
